Help and troubleshooting

Contact PropertyDataLabs support

Choose a support channel and provide the details needed to resolve your question quickly.

You can contact PropertyDataLabs by email, through the website contact form, or directly on X. Use whichever channel is most convenient. Email or the contact form is usually best for a technical issue that requires several details or screenshots.

Contact options

Email

Send your question to support@propertydatalabs.com. Use the email address associated with your PropertyDataLabs account when possible so the relevant account and subscription can be identified.

Contact form

Use the PropertyDataLabs contact form when you prefer to write from the website. You can also select Help → Contact us from an authenticated web-app page.

X (formerly Twitter)

For a short question, contact Yann directly on X at @yannhulot1. Email or the contact form is better when the issue contains several steps, job details, or screenshots.

Paid customers receive priority support

Support requests from paid customers are prioritized. We usually respond very quickly, including to questions from free users, but the exact response time can vary with request volume and the complexity of the issue.

What to include

Providing the following information can reduce follow-up questions:

  • the email address associated with the account;
  • the affected feature, such as the Extension, Cloud Importer, Monitoring, Aggregator, or Fetcher;
  • the job or result name and its approximate completion time, when applicable;
  • what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
  • the complete visible error message;
  • the steps needed to reproduce the problem;
  • a screenshot with sensitive information removed, when it helps explain the issue.

For an apparent service-wide problem, check Status in the web app before submitting a report. Active incidents and recovery updates appear there.

Keep credentials private

Never send your password, two-factor authentication code, browser-extension login code, complete payment-card details, or another person's private information. PropertyDataLabs support does not need these credentials to investigate an issue.
