Billing, plans, invoices, and Cloud credits

Billing overview

Open Settings → Subscription to review the current plan, billing period, renewal date, current cycle, and remaining Cloud credits. The usage bar compares credits used with the allowance for the current cycle.

Billing and checkout actions are handled securely by Paddle. PropertyDataLabs does not store your card details on its servers.

Subscription actions

• Invoices opens payment history and receipts.
• View plans compares available plans and billing frequencies.
• Cancel plan starts the cancellation flow. Read the effective end date before confirming.
• Update payment method opens Paddle's secure payment-management flow.

An upgrade within the same billing interval takes effect immediately. Paddle credits the unused portion of the current plan and charges the prorated difference. Switching from monthly to yearly billing also takes effect immediately and starts a new annual billing cycle.

A downgrade is scheduled for the current renewal date, so the existing plan and features remain active until then. Switching from yearly to monthly billing is also scheduled for the annual renewal date. The Billing page shows a pending change and provides a cancellation action while the change is still scheduled.

Plan changes can affect future limits and feature access. They do not rewrite completed Cloud results. Review the confirmation window because changing away from a Team or Enterprise plan can also remove organization access when the change takes effect.

Invoices and receipts

The invoice table includes the payment date, product type, quantity where applicable, status, amount, currency, and receipt link. A refund appears as a separate status. Select Receipt to open the document provided by the payment processor. Read Refunds and eligibility for the eligibility rules, self-service steps, and processing timelines.

Compare plans

Open Settings → Subscription → View plans and switch between Monthly and Yearly billing. The comparison covers export formats, extension limits, Cloud tools and credits, organization features, and support. The current plan is marked in the plan cards.

Prices and allowances can change, so use this screen as the source of truth before changing a plan.

The Team plan and Enterprise plan are legacy plans for existing subscribers. Neither is open for new registrations or subscriptions, so they are not offered as upgrades. Existing Team and Enterprise subscribers should contact support before changing or cancelling their plan to understand how the change will affect their organization.

Cloud credits

Cloud credits pay for server-side property processing. Included credits are shown on the Dashboard, Billing page, and Cloud job review pages. Monthly subscriptions add their monthly allowance each billing cycle. Yearly subscriptions add the full annual allowance at the start of the annual billing cycle—for example, yearly Pro adds 36,000 credits rather than 3,000 separate monthly deposits.

• Basic Importer and Aggregator processing costs one credit for each Zillow results page processed.
• Advanced Importer, Aggregator, and Fetcher processing costs one credit for each primary property processed. Units contained within a primary rental building listing do not cost extra credits.
• Monitoring uses credits for properties processed in each monitoring run.

For listing-based Cloud processing, a property uses a credit only when its data is successfully retrieved. A property that cannot be retrieved uses zero credits. Successfully retrieved properties can still have empty fields when Zillow does not provide every value.

One results page can contain up to 40 listings, and a job can process up to 20 pages per source URL. An Advanced 20-page run can therefore use up to 800 credits per source URL. One-time credit packs

Open Settings → Add-ons → View credit packs when the account is eligible. Packs are one-time purchases, do not change the subscription, do not renew automatically, and do not expire. Purchases are final and non-refundable. Compare the pack size and unit price, then select the buy button only when ready to open Paddle checkout.

Start with a smaller pack if the required volume is uncertain. A broad Export all listings job can use more credits than the first page suggests.
