Share Cloud results with Ultra
Use extended expiration, passwords, analytics, and company branding when sharing Cloud research.
Goal
Use Ultra sharing controls when a Cloud result or property needs longer access, an additional password, usage counts, or your company name.
Ultra includes every sharing feature described in Share Cloud results with Pro: reusable general links, restricted email invitations, download controls, recipient revocation, link replacement, and complete share revocation.
Choose the expiration
- Open the Cloud result or property and select Share result or Share property.
- Open Share settings.
- Choose an expiration date and time.
- Select Save settings for an existing share, or continue with Copy link or Send invite when creating one.
New Ultra shares default to 30 days. You can choose any earlier expiration or extend the share up to 90 days from the time you save it. Private email invitations still expire after seven days or when the share expires, whichever happens first.
Add a password
- Open Share settings.
- Enter a password between 10 and 128 characters.
- Select Save settings.
- Send the password separately from the link.
The password applies to the shared page in addition to its general or recipient-specific link. Changing or removing it invalidates existing viewer sessions, so viewers must unlock the page again.
Add your company name
Enter a company or research-team name under Share settings, then save. The name appears on the shared page without changing the underlying result.
Review usage
The sharing dialog and Cloud → Shared results show view and download counts for Ultra shares. Counts help you confirm whether a share is being used; they do not identify anonymous viewers of a general link.
Revoke access
Ultra uses the same access controls as Pro:
- revoke one recipient's invitation without affecting other links;
- restrict general access while retaining active recipient invitations;
- replace the general link to invalidate the previous URL; or
- revoke the complete share and every active viewer session.
