Extension backup and history
Configure extension backups and review exports saved to your PropertyDataLabs account.
Overview
The Extension area controls what happens after the browser extension finishes an export. It does not change which Zillow listings are collected or which columns are included.

Backup settings
Open Extension → General to manage two independent settings:
- Sync exports to Google Sheets sends future extension exports to Google Sheets. Connect the Google account first from Linked accounts.
- Keep export history stores export metadata in your account so that you can find the export later. Turning it off affects future exports; it does not delete existing history.
These switches save when you change them. If an option is unavailable, check your plan and linked account status.
Export history
Open Extension → Export history to review saved exports. Each row can show the file name, export date, property type, number of properties, file format, and Google Sheets destination.
Use the controls above the table to:
- search by file name;
- filter by file format or property type;
- choose which table columns are visible;
- change the number of rows on each page;
- open the linked Google Sheet when an export has one.
An entry that says No connected Google Sheet was retained in history but was not associated with a spreadsheet.
History is not a file backup
Export history records information about an export. Availability of the original downloaded file depends on where you saved it. A linked Google Sheet remains in Google Drive under the connected Google account.
